QUALITY Material

• All exterior wood is pressure treated pine, including skids, floor joists, plywood floor, siding and trim.
• Exposed nails are ring shank and galvanized for maximum strength and no rust spots.
• Low maintenance.  Pressure treated wood makes painting optional.
• All buildings come with locks and keys.
• Buildings come water sealed with 3 year water sealer.
• 30 year architectural shingles are standard (40 year metal roofs also available, see dealer for details)

QUALITY Construction

• Floor decking and siding is 5/8 inch pressure treated plywood.
• Wall studs are 24 inch on center, doubled under siding seams to help seal building, same strength as 16 inch on center (as in home construction).
• Floor joists are 2x4's, 16 inch on center and set into notched skids to prevent twisting.  (Floor joists never span more than about 5 ft without being supported by a 4x6 skid.)  Floor joists are 12 inch on center on all Garages and 10x20 size buildings.
• Skids are pressure treated 4x6's not 4x4's.

QUICK FREE Delivery and Easy Set Up (within 30 miles)

• Buildings in our inventory can usually be delivered within 5 - 7 week days (weather permitting).
• Buildings ordered from the factory can usually be delivered within 2 - 3 weeks (weather permitting).
• No site preparation necessary (if site is accessible with truck and trailer and site is no more than 3 feet out of level).
• Free set up includes leveling with customer supplied concrete blocks and driver supplied pressure treated shims.  Drivers can supply concrete blocks for $2 each.  First 30 miles free, over 30 miles subject to additional charge.

Rent to Own

• No credit checks.  Just a small security deposit ($100 on 8' and 10' wide buildings, $200 on 12' wide buildings and $700 on 14' wide buildings) plus your first month's rent and we'll set up a building at your location.
• No strings.  Turn in any time* or pay off any time with no penalty.  Contract is month to month.  Just pay the monthly rent for 36 months or pay the remaining balance and the building is yours.

WARRANTY & GUARANTEE

• 5 Year Fix It All Warranty:  There is no need for a lot of details about the best warranty in the business.  That's because we fix it all in the first five years (normal wear and tear excluded) free of charge.  Any flaw or defect that is a result of materials or workmanship which occur during the first five years you own the building will be repaired by us.  That's right, we stand behind our product 100% and you won't find that anywhere else.
• Limited Lifetime Warranty:  On all pressure treated materials there is a limited lifetime warranty against termite damage and fungal decay (from pressure treating company).
• Low Price Guarantee:  We'll match any competitors advertised price for same quality building.  See above for materials and construction details.

Backyard Outfitters, and its associates are not responsible for permits, covenant searches, restrictions, set backs, yard damage, or underground damage.  Please contact your local Building Inspector or Homeowners Association for information.  It is the customer's responsibility to decide if ground conditions are unsuitable for delivery.  Free Delivery covers one trip up to 30 miles one way, over 30 miles subject to a $2/mile (8ft and 10ft wide) or $3.50/mile (12ft wide) charge one way, and any additional trips may also incur charges to the customer.  Free Setup includes leveling, starting with one corner at ground level, up to 3ft with customer supplied blocks; we can supply blocks for $2.00 each.
